Photography Competition

We are thrilled to announce our 2012 Travel Photography competition.

The winner's work will be published on gap-year.com and in the 2013 edition of the gap-year guidebook. Last year's winning entry, by Oliver Mosse, even made the front cover.

Two runners-up will also receive a free copy of the superb guidebook - a comprehensive resource tool for anyone thinking of spending some time abroad; for any duration, at any age, to any destination.

We are inviting photographers to submit a single image with a strong gap-year theme.

The competition is open worldwide, to anyone over 18 years-of-age, whether your work has previously been published or not. Terms & Conditions here.

Judges will be the editorial and design staff at the gap-year guidebook, with the final winners being selected after the closing date of Friday 13th April 2012. When choosing the winners, the judges will be looking for captivating, original images that evoke a sense of what a gap-year is all about.

We can't wait to see what you send in ...
